Live music on Nantucket this week, September 13–20, 2026, venue by venue.
The Muse
Live music on Nantucket this week is quieter at The Muse, with just one big night to build the week around. Mon 9/14 through Thu 9/17 — nothing on the calendar. Fri 9/18 — Fastball and Spacehog, doors 7:30 PM, Spacehog 8:30 PM, Fastball 10:00 PM. Two '90s alt-rock names on one bill, and it's the only show in the building this week. You can win 4 Tickets to this show by following @acknatural on Instagram and tagging 4 Friends.
Cisco Brewers
The free outdoor stage keeps running daily, no cover, food trucks on site. Mon 9/14 — Madaket Mountain, 4–7 PM. Tue 9/15 — Brian Glowacki, 4–7 PM. Wed 9/16 — Buckle & Shake, 4–7 PM. Thu 9/17 — Act TBA as of this writing, 4–7 PM — check ciscobrewers.com/nantucket closer to the date. Fri 9/18 — PJ Ferguson and Tennessee Strange, 4–7 PM. Sat 9/19 — The Slips, 12–3 PM, then PJ Ferguson and Tennessee Strange, 4–7 PM. Sun 9/20 — The Slips, 12–3 PM, then PJ Ferguson and Tennessee Strange, 3–6 PM.
The Chicken Box
Still dark for Sept 14–20 — nothing new posted since last week. Next up: Maxxtone, Oct 9–10, so it's a longer wait than usual for a Box show. The Muse and Cisco Brewers are carrying the week's live music on Nantucket in the meantime.
Brotherhood of Thieves
No schedule posted for the Surf Bar as of this writing for Sept 14–20. Check brotherhoodnantucket.com or their socials closer to the date — this one tends to fill in fast with last-minute bookings, so what's not posted yet today could show up by the weekend.
The Dreamland
No Harborview Concert Series shows on the calendar this week — the Main Theater stays on films. One live entertainment note: the Nantucket Comedy Festival teams up with the Dreamland for a stand-up night Friday, Sept 18, hosted by Kevin Flynn, if you want something other than a band that night.

Before you head out
Before next week's lineup even kicks off, don't miss the Nantucket Island Fair this weekend — Saturday, Sept 12, and Sunday, Sept 13, 10 AM to 4 PM at Tom Nevers Field. Admission runs $30 per car or $15 per biker or walker, cash and credit both accepted, and it's an all-day, all-ages scene: Artisans Alley, livestock exhibits, County Fair Games, a dog show, a Kids Corner, and live music on the fair stage both days. Saturday's stage lineup includes Mitch Blake, Ripe for the Pickin', Lost on Nantucket, Susan & Ray, and Woodford Line; Sunday brings The Dunbars, Nanpuppets, Russell and the Randos, Jackson & Finnley, and Foggy Roots. It's a fundraiser, too — all proceeds go toward next year's fair. Once the Fair wraps, live music on Nantucket this week settles into a quieter shoulder-season rhythm: one marquee night at The Muse, Cisco Brewers' daily free stage, and a dark week for the Chicken Box and Brotherhood of Thieves. Double-check each venue's own site before you head out the door — schedules move fast this time of year, and Thursday's Cisco act especially is still worth confirming. Stocking up first?
